    Hi,
I am new to AE, and this is probably something very simple, but I’m not getting it.

I have a 2 second 16 frame Quicktime movie. I want to slow it down 50% to 5 sec 7 frames (I’m working in PAL/25fps)

I’ve made a Composition with a length of 05:07. I drop my 02:16 QT movie in, and apply Timewarp. But when I render it out, it only renders to 02:16, then there is just black.

Am I supposed to apply the Time Remap as well as the Timewarp? When I do that, the resulting video stutters, like it goes forward two frames, back one, forward two, back one.

    I’m sure I’m doing something wrong….

Another question is about the use of Timewarp. I have a clip with motion in the foreground (people playing a sport) and still audience in the background. When I apply the Timewarp effect with Pixel Motion, the background audience near to some of the foreground movement is affected. It looks like it has been liquified and is not nice. I just want the major movement affected, not the very tiny movement of peoples heads in the background. Suggestions anyone?

    Thank you….
