The cameras will start to ship at the end of December, I think that is true for Canada as well. As for you guys in Europe, there is a delay till February-March time frame.

That’s probably the best suggestion, if you have to spend the cash this year. The HVX is massively back-ordered, I asked four or five dealers and they all said the same thing: they have 80 to 100 orders each. So they’ll probably be in very scarce supply until all the backorders are filled; the odds of getting one in December are pretty low unless you pre-ordered early.
