    Hello everyone,

I have struggling for long time trying to find any quick way to bake an object and import easily in Element 3D.

I would like to have a object with different materials , that in the end the blend together, into one material and save the map into a jpeg or png. I think this could be done using the bake texture tag or the bake object function. However any time I try to bake and export the texture into a file to drag into element 3D, everything goes wrong. Is most of the cases, the texture does not even export.

I would love to have a workflow like this guy does with his face model. But he does not explain how he got his texture in that way:

    Anyone has any idea??

    Many thanks!

Find Andrew Kramer’s Siggraph presentation on cineversity. He shows an entire workflow for getting the models into E3D. I found it through greyscalegorilla’s link from about 5 months ago for his presentation on his website. I just found this out today. Good luck.
