    Hi!
I have noticed a very bad issue in Premiere/Media encoder CS4 workflow.

Problem is that when I export HDTV 1080p, or even DV PAL WIDESCREEN PROGRESIIVE SQUARE PIXEL footage to PAL, it gives very sharp and pixelised edges of everythink……everythink looks ugly!Like its having problem with aspect ratios or maybe with aditional deinterlacing, i don’t know! Like ir is in half resolution!

When I export from cs3, everythink is smooth and crisp!

    Is your original footage progressive?

I have. We work mostly in DVCPro HD, I’ve seen one red timeline so far, the export was outstanding.

Can you give me some example of settings you’ve used?
