FCP7 I am trying to play out of my time line and output to my JVC HDV deck. when I do the audio makes a horrible noise and is unuseable, it is, as best i could describe it, garbled. I got it to work a few days ago after almost an hour of trying different options and i don’t think i could repeat whatever i did. I have tv shows to get out and cannot use the external or normal output as it is out of sync with the pict. Is this a Fcp7 bug or is there a solution.
    thanks,
    Bo

not a lot of info listed, how is the audio connected to the deck.

But with my AJA Kona3 card out to speaker via SDI > HD Link I had gabbled video off and on. When I set all my system audio to use the Kona it clear it up. This was done the the System Pref > Sound pane. (sound effects and output tabs)

I am playing an HD show into my deck, set on DV input (through firewire), looping through that deck(not actually recording) into a beta sp deck. The network requires beta sp and that is the only way i have to do a transfer out of the computer to a beta sp deck. This has worked before but it is not consistent. I get the noisy output more than i get the clean output.
