    hey,
i have a dvd menu with buttons made in photoshop,a song playing, and a videoclip made in premiere should be running in the background.problem is that when i want to render the motion menu then first he is rendering the song and when he starts rendering the video then comes up the error alert what says “sorry an abnormal condition has been detected.before quitting you have one chance to save your project.” and i have tried to fix it but i couldnt.

Any suggestion how to fix it?

    thanks in advance,

Tell us about the format and settings of the song and the video.

the video clip is like this , that the clip is scaled down to the upper left corner and the rest is just black.i did that in premiere, cause as i understood u cant scale a background video in encore and that it has to be “full screen”. on top is a photoshop layer with a “hole” cut on in the upleft corner, where the video should be played then as a background.

Convert the mp3 to uncompressed 16 bit 48 kHz WAV, and use that in Encore.
