back-up to DVD+R DL or DVD-R DL????
I was recently at a consumer store and they had some DL disks in their “close-out” shelf. They were a good price but they were DVD+R DL disks. I’m wondering, for “archiving”, are DVD+R DL a good choice? Or are they even a choice?

I wouldn’t trust most “consumer” brands for archival. There’s never a “good price” for loosing masters forever.

DVD+R DL
You can get them from B&H or other major professional media carriers.
