  AVSVideoConverter error notice

  I am trying to convert a mov to a m4v file. the original file was created in avid. i did an export of a quick time reference file which is 805 KB. when i try to put it into AVS Video Converter this is the error i get:

  The following errors occurred while opening files: QTRefBambi.mov – The specified file contains no video data

  Help!
