  Avis only read as audio in CS3

  I have been editing 1080i video with CS3 imported via a matrox Rt.X2 graphics card.
  Ive been having problems with the matrox codecs so decided to scrap the card.
  I have reformatted my machine and wanted to import the avis captured through the matrox card into adobe projects. The files import but show as an audio track only. The files are avi audio and video.

  help?
