  Avid UK 30 day support? Who Says?

  Has anyone in the UK managed to contact Avid support for the 30 days free support offered as part of their product?
  I registered my purchase of 5.7 got an e-mail confirming it but no COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE ACCESS CODE.
  Despite 20 days of e-mails, faxes and telephone calls I have as yet been able to get an answer from anyone in Avid.

  Anyone fared any better?
