Avid Symphony Uninstaller Does Not Uninstall
My Avid machine, a Mac Pro (Mid 2012) with SSD Boot Drive, running OS 10.8.2, and currently running Symphony 6.0.3 won’t uninstall. Trying to load 6.5.2 properly, and the normal Avid Uninstaller is not seeing the software. This is what it does. See pic below. You briefly see the checked boxes, and then this screen appears…
Any thoughts? This is a new one for me.

I’ve had this and a restart usually sorts it, if not, download appcleaner and drag the media composer application folder into it and it should clear it completely from your system.
