Avid .MXF into Vegas?
This weekend I’m going to be helping out with a shoot…
We’re shooting F23 or F950 to HDCamSR.
I wanted to digitize into an Avid Unity at DNX-220 as a .mxf…
The editor uses Sony Vegas and I just wanted to know if Vegas will take in Avid generated .mxf files or if I should be looking at a different route instead.
Any/All help is very much appreciated. I’m not too familiar with Vegas

Don’t do it.
Maybe if you record to something like this:
https://pro.sony.com/bbsc/ssr/micro-xdcam/cat-videorecorders/product-PDWHD1500/
and just capture in Vegas.It might be easier to get a new editor.
