  avid media composer 5.5/mac 5770 ati graphic card

  Hi,

  i am having a problem with the avid media composer 5.5(ie when i drag the avid fx(boris red)my system crashes with the message are as follows)- A component of your system has been detected

  which is not officially supported by Avid FX for

  Open GL accelerated previews.

  -The Avid FX Open GL state will default to off, but

  may be re enabled from the preferences or preview

  menu.

  – This has no impact on the quality or performance

  of an effect’s final render.

  STATUS: Your system’s video card model is not

  supported by Avid FX.

  For more information please see ”Avid FX Read Me” in

  the Avid FX Help Menu.

  This looks to me is graphic card issue.So therefore could you tell me which graphic cards would work the best in my mac pro system. Thanks for your support.
