  AVID MC 7 Error “swdc codec interface task consistency check failure” – except when adding Timecode Burn-In

  Hello community,

  got a strange version of our good old “swdc codec interface”-error.
  I get the error when trying to mixdown my sequence.
  When i add an Timecode-Burn-In to a new Video-Track in this sequence the mixdown works fine.

  Is this because Avid now renders all the effects in the sequence? Or does Avid only render the Burn-In?
  I takes an hour for doing a mixdown of a 90 minutes sequence (DNxHD 36), when the timecode is added.
