To me, it’s obvious Avid is not gonna step up their DVE or effects game. This makes it all the more obvious that they should make a deal with Adobe to incorporate AE nto the app itself… making AE Avid’d DVE. I could see that being the best solution. This would be a time saver for all editors and a way they could actually celebrate and promote a new release.

October 6, 2009 at 3:49 pmLike After Effects, Boris…er I mean Avid FX has a learning curve. The biggest advantage to Avid FX is that it is in the timeline making for easier changes with no roundtripping to AE.
