Avid’s FX Velocity Remap seems to yield a smoother slow-down effect that the built-in Avid Timewarp.

But of course the slow-down, say a pan slowed down to linger on a short portion of the pan, naturally lengthens the overall duration of the clip.

BUT the FX original timeline duration is unchanged and of course the tail of the clip is now cut off.

How to lengthen the FX timeline to include the entire original video ???

Gotta be a simple icon in FX or perhaps it is done by entering a new duration somewhere that I am missing.

    Please advise.

    Yours,
    Mike
