  AVID DVD by Sonic – subtitles will not import

  I’ve tried to import “.doc”, “.rtf” and plain old “.txt” files and I keep getting an “unknown error”. I set up the text just like the manual described but with no success. Has anyone run into this problem or better yet know what’s wrong?
