Avid Driver Problem
Hi, just downloaded the new drivers and overall it’s good but I’m having a significant issue for my setup. In the audio setting I can’t select any other audio hardware than the Kona 3. I use a firewire audio interface for all my audio which is good for monitoring 5.1. The hardware selection boxes in audio preferences are frozen in Avid. Is there a way to do this?

And you downloaded the AJA Mac Open I/O plug-ins as well?

Sorry, but as far as I can tell, if you use third party IO with Avid, the audio goes out to the IO…period. cannot sent it out firewire or LINE OUT. I have the same issue. Audio only goes to the Kona 3, so I had to get the KBox so I could send analog audio to my mixer.
