Avid DNxHD codec question
Customer sent us some assets in the Avid DNxHD codec. We don’t have any Avid equipment or software but we need to transcode from DNxHD to HD-DVD. Avid offers the codec in C++ library form on their site but I’ve been having all sorts of trouble compiling it on our mac. Any one have a fully compiled version they’d be willing to share? Or decent instructions as to which compiler to use? Thank you.

You just need to download the latest CODEC pack. It contains DNxHD codecs and can be used in any QT aware app. It’s available for MAC/PC.

I think what you were looking at was the codec source codec in case you wanted to incorporate teh DNxHD codec into your own application.
