  Avid clips going offline

  My company is currently using avid 5.5 on PC. They have an interplay system and an isis. Lately a lot of the master clips in different projects have been going offline. The media files are still there but the link seems to be lost. Relinking has been unsuccessful. Rebuilding the databases has not worked either. Creating new mxf or omfi folders then transferring the media over has not worked. The problem is that very few people know the interplay system at work well enough to troubleshoot this. Any thoughts on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
