Avid can’t find Dongle
I needed to check out my serial number because I lost the paperwork and I went to the Donglemanager program in the Avid Utilities, but when I told it to scan, it said it couldn’t find a dongle. My Avid works just fine (Avid Media Compser with Avid Mojo SDI-Acedemic) but how do I get to my serial number?

Interesting. Your serial # should be printed on the tag attached to your dongle.
