  Avid and Canopus ADVC-500

  Avid 5.0 HD on PC. Trying to get video playback with the Canopus ADVC-500 and the computer sees it. I do deck config and it brings it up, no unique setting file fore the 500 however. Then I go to Video Display and the output to DV is greyed out. Anyone know what the dealio is??
