Posted by Tarquin Douglas on December 5, 2010 at 8:03 pmHi,
Does anyone know of an SDI capture card that can create AVI 1420 files?
Cheers,

December 6, 2010 at 3:23 pmHi Tarquin,
I’ve never heard of “AVI 1420” and when entered in the search engine, nothing comes up. Please check again what type of files you need to create and be more specific if possible – what is the application of these files?
The closest thing I know of is 1440×1080 for anamorphic HD, but that is 1440 and not 1420.

December 7, 2010 at 7:44 pmIt makes it a file, what you have todo is identify what kind of AVI file it is, AVI is just a wrapper which can contain various types of Interleaved Video Audio, you can use a free program like “GSpot” or other ID program to determine what it is.
