    Hello

    Can anyone advise me on the best way to transcode from:

    Apple ProRes 422 1920 x 1080 @25fps in a QuickTime wrapper

    to

    AVCi 50 OP1a (1080i/29.97) in an MXF wrapper

    I have Avid MC5, FCP7 and Compressor 4 at my disposal.

    I have found Adobe Media Encoder to be the best option for this.
