  AVCHD in Adobe CS5

  I have imported AVCHD files from Sony nexcam into CS5 and find a slight up and down rythmic distortion when I play them in source monitor or timeline.My camera exports 1080/50i(1080-1920)and there is only one preset for that in AVCHD preset options when starting a new project.What am I doing wrong?
