AVCHD Import hiccups
I am importing 1080 AVCHD footage through USB, footage looks fine in Log and Transfer window but once footage is in FCP it will hiccup every 15 frames, going back to the 1st frame of the GOP before continuing for 15 frames to the next one etc, etc.
Any Ideas?

It’s an issue with Perian. Go into your System Preferences and remove Perian and import. You easily reinstall Perian when you’re done. That was how I remedied it on my system.
