The question is moot unless we know what you’re trying to deliver to. I assume, based on your preset, websites like YouTube.

Presets are just that, I would treat them as a base for your export that may need some customization.

I would also assume you’re using the 29.97fps export which may lead to the jitter you feel in your pans. Solution: Select frame blending during export or match your export framerate to your project, in this case 59.94.

Bitrate usually needs to be increased to account for another round of conversion by YouTube and Vimeo. I usually like to increase the preset values by 50%, in your case if you stick with 59.94 you may need to increase your bitrate by 150-200%. I also like setting the keyframe value to half that of the frame rate. I feel like these adjustments cater to more real-world exports; the presets are VERY conservative.

Thank you kindly! I will experiment with some export settings for YouTube. I’ve tested it using some higher quality presets and the video looks great, it just the YouTube preset which really destroys everything.
