Recently installed premier pro. Did one job using AVCHD video(talking head.) Started a new project with different AVCHD source (a different talking head,) but the clips have the audio from the previous project. (The video is right thogh.) Is the problem that the files have the same names. And if so, what’s the solution

    Hi David,

When you moved the video content from memory card to hard drive, did you copy the entire folder structure, or just the video clips?

Proper method is to use the whole structure, and in Premiere, use the Media Browser to import clips and Premiere should then treat all clips as unique, even if they have the same names.
