    I have some ACVHD footage. I using a Power Mac G5 Quad with FCP 6. These files wont open up, I got a error “AVCHD media is unsupported on PowerPC based hardware”. is there a way around this? I need to start editing with the footage.

    Use Clip Wrap 2 to convert the media to ProRes.
