  AVC profile

  Hey,

  In rendering settings I got 3 choices (baseline,main and high), as I understood the high offers the best visual quality and compression. So I thought to set it to high, but since my original footage from camera comes as AVC (.mp4) with Main@L4.0 profile (mediainfo), do I then still benefit from setting it to high ? Or is it as pointless as resizeing SD footage to HD size and hopeing that something goes better =D
