AV Sync problem-Pro advice desperately needed

Where do I make the adjustment to bring it down to 9Mbs? How will this effect the quality, in your opinion? Not that it matters…it sounds like I have no choice. Just curios to know your opinion.

Try This:

1. Choose File | Render As…
2. Select Sony AVC as the Save as type
3. Then select the template AVCHD 1440×1080-60i
4. Press the Custom… button
5. On the Video Tab under Bit rate (bps): enter 9,000,000
6. (Optional) Save the template
7. Press OK

This will adjust the bit rate to 9Mbps (9,000,000 bps)
