I would suggest that you convert the spreadsheet to edl, and then import the edl file.
Obviously your spreadsheet needs to be formatted so the converter can read it accurately.There are plenty of converters around, a quick Google search brought this one in at the top:

March 7, 2023 at 4:05 pmMy new question is how do I properly format the spreadsheet so the converter can read it accurately. I only have the in and out points not the rest of the info for the headers: No,Name,Tracks,Timecode In,Timecode Out,Tape,Start,End,Channels,Loc TC,Loc Name,Loc Color.

Do I need to fill these columns in with “0”s or ? . thanks for any help
