  automated pan/tilt head for DIY underwater rig

  my buddy is building his own underwater rig. he has the camera, bot, etc worked out, but he needs a head to mount the camera to that will pan and tilt. the head doesn’t have to be waterproof, but it does have to be wired as an IR or radio signal wouldn’t reach it under water.

  ideas?
