Auto Trace/Mask Exapnsion
Hello,
I am trying to animate a paint splatter. My idea was to take a graphic of a paint splatter, Auto Trace the layer to create a mask and animate the mask expansion over a few frames. However, adjusting the Mask Expansion levels is having no affect on the mask, neither is the feather properties.
Any idea on what the problem is? I tried searching the forum but found nothing.

I am looking at the comp window not the layer window and I have set the mask path but still no results. Any other ideas of why this may not be working?
