Auto Save working intermittently
We are running Final Cut Studio 1 and I am having slight issues with the autosave where it is set for 10 minutes but when I check the vault it seems to be saving roughly every 30 mins.
I have expanded the number of autosaves and reset the location.
All I am doing is viewing and selecting rushes . I do not have capture open or anything renderring.
Anyone got a clue why not every 10 mins. Have worked on the new quad core studio 2 and that saves perfectly.

The first thing to always try is to Quit FCP, Restart the Mac, Open your FCP project and try again.

A great way to do this is to use “FCP Rescue” a free Apple Script that will Trash the Preferences for you (and restore nearly all of your user settings afterward).
