auto ripple macro
Posted by Grzegorz Kwiatkowski on March 11, 2011 at 2:00 pmIs it possible to assign one key to auto-ripple function? The default in Vegas is Ctrl+L but it’s very cumbersome. I use this function almost all the time.

March 11, 2011 at 2:05 pmJust use the toolbar icon to enable/disable it.
Set it to whatever mode you want and it will remember it for the duration of the session. -

March 11, 2011 at 2:22 pmThanks Mike, but reaching toolbar rather slows me down. Finally I found an option of customizing keyboard in Vegas.

March 11, 2011 at 2:38 pmGrzegorz, I never customize my keyboard so I’m glad you found a way to do it.
Totally OT here, both of my daughters go to school with kids who have the same same last name as yours. -

I use the F key …F – Post-edit ripple affected tracks
Ctrl+F – Post-edit ripple all tracks, markers, and regions
Ctrl+Shift+F – Post-edit ripple affected tracks, bus tracks, markers, and regionsJeff
