  auto colour flicker problem

  some times when i use the auro colour filter It makes the video flash a brighter or duller frame.
  this is random thru out the clip.

  This mainly happens when I use a blue screened clip or a seperate clip in the comp.
  the clip with auto colour is the only clip that is affected.
  Any ideas?
