  Auto clip creation on footage after capture

  Hi,

  While capturing HDV through firewire, FCP automatically splits the footage into takes.
  But for getting more quality, I’m capturing through HDSDI cable into full HD ProRes HQ Blackmagic Extreme HD HDSDI input.
  Once I’m playing from my camera (Sony HVR S270), I’m not able to capture TC. So it creates massive footage files which I go through a lot of work splitting into takes manually.
  Is there a way of automatically the footage being analyzed by some kind of plug-in and doing that job for me?
  I have this secret hope, because I’m dealing with almost 15 hours of footage… :-S
