  audition – preview works but render does not include the effects

  i hit a dead end.
  tried it all.

  now here i am hoping for your help.

  using audition to clean up the sound of an interview.
  using several effects to take out some static.

  when i preview the file within soundbooth it all works. some lag time until all the effects are kicking in, but after 2 or 3 seconds i can here the sound as it should be with all the effects in place.

  now, when i render the file, it seems to export the effects, but they are kicking in waaaayyy later than they did in the preview within audition.

  how is that possible?

  any clue?
  anyone?
