I am working on a project that includes video of different formats. Most video is 4:3 DV. I have a few clips that are 720p 24 FPS. When I play the sequence in FCP, everything seems fine. When I create a Quicktime movie in order to burn to DVD, the 720p audio and video are out if sync. I inherited this project once everything was digitized and most of the timeline was created…so I am not sure how the project was set up initially. Anybody have any ideas? I need to have the DVD delivered by Thursday…preferably Wednesday.
    Thanks

The most direct solution for me is to export your oddball sequences, forcing them to render to the sequence codec settings, reimport the movie, replace the original footage in the sequence with the conformed movie.

Hoe you get better different advice.

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”
