Audio track question
Hi I’m trying to load a sound effect(.WAV) into the audio timeline, I have created two tracks but when I drag the audio file down to the first track it also duplicates in the second track what am I doing wrong?I only want the file in the first audio track!

Is it a stereo sound effect? Most likely you’re just seeing the left and right channel of the effect.

Yes it is a stereo file, should I convert it to another type of file?

Is there any reason you don’t want it on 2 tracks? I say just leave it as it is. You can add more audio tracks if you need them.
