audio synch problem

I´m still trying to be friends with my new Kona3 card but some issuses remain…
I have had terrible audio synch problems. A couple of weeks ago the synch was lost both on my monitor and in Final cut. And since quicktime usually isn´t a 100% reliable I had no way of checking if the synch was correct. This lead to a commercial that was out of audio synch…
Now all of a sudden, The synch has been working great on my Panasonic monitor. In Final cut the video is off by aproximately half a second.
I have no Idea what to do here so anyone please help!!!!I should say taht the problems first occured when switching between programs. Proo tools has had the worst impact on the synch and usually I had to restart my computer to get things to work again after using it.
Now with Pro tools 8 that problem seems to be gone…Göran
