Audio sync issues
I just digitized an 8 min clip into the system. When playing it back (viewer or timeline), it seems to be out of sync. What would cause this? When I watch the SDI monitor, it seems a bit more out of sync than the analog RGB out. Footage came in via BetaSP on a Kona 3. Sometimes I almost see sync issues on the timeline with other footage as my main monitor is the SDI. But I wonder if I’m just getting crazy.

Does it slip out of sync, or is it always out of sync by the same ammount? If it’s always the same, then that sounds like you’re speakers are not connected to the right source. If that’s the case, you can refer to your FCP manual to see how to properly connect your video monitor & speakers.
