  audio skipping off timeline

  I’ve got a 6 months old workstation- pretty powerful. Dual core 4 gig ram – $3000.00 pc.

  Just recently my audio on playback is stuttering. It would be like having media files on the C drive! (But it is not)
  There is plenty of drivespace as well.

  I’m not sure what to think. I’m using an audio kontrol 1 USB interface by Native instruments.

  Any ideas?
