  Audio Settings in PP2

  It seems like you need to set your audio hardware to “Adobe default Windows sound 1.5” and set the ASIO settings to your sound card (Decklink in our case).

  If you set your audio hardware to a physical card (decklink or other) audio FX on nested sequences become distorted.

  I don’t know why. It happens without the BM drivers even installed so it seems like an Adobe thing.

  If you want to test, just put bars and tone on a new seqeuence, add the stereo EQ effect and boost the level 5db at 5k for example. Now create a new sequence and paste the origial tone sequence. Now tone will sound distorted (at least on our systems) if your audio hardware is set directly to a board.

  Anyone found any other apparent anomalies in 2?
