    Hello Everybody,

I’d like to hear your workflows/setups/opinions on recording audio when shooting with the Canon 5D MkII. There is a microphone jack on the camera, do you get good results with that? Or do you recommend an external separate audio mixer/recorder? If so, what’s your workflow for syncing audio in post? I’m using Final Cut Pro.
Also, any thoughts on recording medium? Have you just got a stack of CF cards to run through, or have you tried a secondary device like a Firestore or Nexto DI?

    Any input appreciated.
