I’ve just installed an AJA Kona LS card on my G5, and am now getting about a 1-second repeat of any audio that comes through the system. The repeat occurs in all programs when the audio is stopped…stopped. (example) If I output the audio directly to my amp instead of routing through the card, it sounds normal. I’ve checked all settings, but can’t get rid of this little repeat. This is my first experience with a capture card…I admit ignorance. What might I be missing?

If you aren’t hooked directly to your amp, what are you monitoring your audio through?

Sounds like you might have an extraneous pot up somewhere.

the audio output of the Kona and the audio output of the MAC Audio Output are not in time, so if you are listening to BOTH, you will hear the same signal TWICE, one delayed from the other. You must only listen to the output of the AJA product, not the MAC audio.
