Audio Playback during Capture

You plug speakers into your deck or card. If you’d like to hear through your comuter speakers (likely to cause dropped frames) then there’s a little box to check in the audio settings tab in the log and capture window. It has to be clicked every capture because it’s just recommended for monitoring during logging, not actually capturing.

Hi There,

I spoke with Apple, and hearing audio while capturing is NOT supported. It MAY work with SD footage, but not HDV footage.
