audio pitch shifted down
I’m importing audio I recorded earlier as a separate track but for some reason it is pitch shifting it down and making it longer (directly related I’m guessing) so it’s getting time stretched somehow on import. even when I listen in isolated mode it still does same thing. not sure why, any ideas?

You’re probably using an audio format and compression that isn’t AE-friendly. Use an audio tool to convert to uncompressed and in a format that AE likes, WAV or MOV or AIFF.
