  Audio Output: A7s > External Audio Recorder // Lip Sync vs. Live Audio

  I’m trying to streamline my audio capture process by syncing camera, stereo, and wireless audio all in one place using an external audio recorder. I have never output audio from my A7s to a recorder and want to begin doing so. Two questions:

  1) Do I run audio-out via the headphone jack on the A7s?

  2) What are the differences between “Lip Sync” and “Live” audio with regards to output?
